Ellis B. Hunter, Founder
Mr. Hunter was the founder of Ajax Construction, Inc. and was appointed
its Chairman by the Board of Directors effective June 1, 1999. He
was a life-long resident of Central Florida and had over 50 years
of experience in the construction industry. His memory is always with us.
J. Marshall Hunter, President
Marshall acts as
Principal and as Project Executive for each project. He handles all administrative
responsibilities.

William S. Davis, Vice President
of Field Operations
Bill is a Principal of the Company and oversees
all
field construction operations. He works
closely with the superintendents to ensure that each project is brought
to completion on time and with the highest level of quality. Bill also
assists the superintendents with safety and environmental matters.

Terry Potter, Project Manager
Terry has the overall responsibility to make sure that the project is
constructed on time, and within budget.
He handles all of the day to day responsibilities of managing
the project, procurement, meetings, communications, project controls,
closeout and warranty.

Fred Sutton , Project Manager
Fred, much like Terry, has the overall responsibility to make sure that the project is constructed on time, and within budget. He handles all of the day to day responsibilities of managing the project, procurement, meetings, communications, project controls, closeout and warranty.

Michael Robey, Estimator and
Project Manager
Mike's responsibilities include estimation, budgeting,
value
engineering, and scheduling.

Rory Hinchman, Estimator
Rory's handles most of the estimation and value engineering for Ajax. He works closely with Mike Robey to insure that the total cost of a project is known before ground is broken.

Christopher Davis , Project Manager / Engineer
Chris will handle the duties of a project manager or work with other project managers to insure that the project is on time and within budget. He communicates directly with subcontractors, architects, engineers and owner's reps to insure a successful project. He is also our contact for IT purchasing and development.

Bob Hunter , Business Development Manager
Bob’s responsibilities include procuring new business relationships,
soliciting bids from subcontractors and vendors, overseeing preparation
and delivery of bids, maintaining company databases and promoting the
Ajax “team” concept.

Otto Scharfschwedt , Marketing & Development
Otto’s works with Bob Hunter on procuring new business and developing new business relationships.

Trina Vachon , Bookkeeper & Office Manager
Trina is responsible for financial reporting and record keeping, processing
weekly payroll, maintaining insurances, licenses, health insurance and
bonding, preparing project billings, account payables and receivables
and subcontractor requirements.
